This easy recipe for Antioxidant Berry Overnight Oats is the perfect recipe for the back to school and work routine. Made with Berry Booster Antioxidant Tea, this tasty breakfast boasts immune boosting properties from elderberries, not to mention a delicious natural berry flavour. Simply add all ingredients to a jar, leave overnight, and enjoy a tasty prepared breakfast in the morning. This recipe can also make a great snack on the go.

You’ll Need: 

- 1/2 cup oats 
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds 
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup 
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or other nut milk)
- 3/4 cup steeped Berry Booster antioxidant tea 
- Fresh berries 

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients to one large or two small jars. Still until combined. Let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or snack!
